You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the platform only for lawful, authorized, and legitimate purposes and must not engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform or its data.
All assessment content, reports, materials, and other resources available through the platform are the intellectual property of Career Readiness and are provided for your personal, non-commercial, and informational use only. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, shared, or redistributed without prior written permission.
The assessment results and reports provided by the platform are intended solely for educational and guidance purposes. They are designed to support your career development but do not guarantee any academic, employment, professional, or career outcomes. Any decisions made based on the information provided are your sole responsibility.
SMS Communications
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive one-time SMS verification codes (OTP) and account or service-related notifications from Career Readiness Assessment (Tita Gray Consulting LLC). Message frequency varies based on your account activity, and message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages or reply HELP for assistance.
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the platform, its features, or its services at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Career Readiness and Tita Gray Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from your use of the platform or from any decisions, actions, or outcomes based on the information, assessments, or reports provided.
